摘要
目的提高跳骨片的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中的麸炒枳壳和骨碎补进行了定性研究，采用HPLC法测定跳骨片中士的宁的含量。结果在0.1194-1.194μg范围内，士的宁进样量与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999；平均回收率为98.5％，RSD=1.3％。结论本法准确灵敏可有效控制产品质量。
Aim To improve and perfect the quality standards for tiaogu tablet. Methods Fructus Aurantii and rhizoma drynariae were identified by TLC. The content of strychnine was determined by HPLC. Results The linear range of strychnine is between 0.1194 and 1.194 μg（r = 0.9999）. The average recovery is 98.5% with RSD of 1.3% （n = 6）. Conclusion The result shows the mehod is sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of tiaogu tablet.
