摘要
目的用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法对马钱子生品及炮制品中士的宁和马钱子碱含量进行测定,探讨醋制马钱子炮制原理。方法Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-二乙胺(34∶100∶1),检测波长260nm。结果江西改良炮制法炮制品中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量较低。结论该法精确、简便、重现性好。
Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of strychnine and brucine in Semen Strychni and its processed products and study the principle of Semen Strychni processed products with Jiangxi innovated method. Methods A Hypersil BDS C18 （4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5 μm） column was used with acetonitrile-water-diethylamine（34： 100： 1 ） as the mobile phase , the content was detected at a wavelength of 260 nm. Results The contents of strychnine and brucine in the processed products with Jinngxi innovated method were lower. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and reliable.
