摘要
目的优选利胆消炎颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法醇提取工艺以出膏率和大黄素为考察指标,水提取工艺以出膏率和黄芩苷含量为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其提取工艺条件进行优选。结果利胆消炎颗粒醇提最佳工艺条件:加10倍量60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2 h;水提最佳工艺条件:加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次2 h。结论优选出的提取条件科学合理,适合工业化生产。
Aim To optimize the extracting technique conditions of Lidanxiaoyan Granules. Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total emodin presented in the extract as the indexes for the ethanol extraction process,and with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total baicalin presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively. Results The optimal conditions for the ethanol extraction of Lidanxi-aoyan Granules was as follows : 10 times of 60% ethanol was added, reflux for twice ,2 hours for each time. The optimal process of the water for Lidanxiaoyan Granules was to add 10 times of water, decocting 3 times, 2 hours for each time. Conclusion The extracting method is reasonable, stable, and suitable for industrialized production.
