摘要
介绍了苜蓿叶蛋白的研究现状,包括提取方法、提取工艺,归纳了苜蓿叶蛋白的营养价值、食用价值、饲用价值以及医用价值,并提出了苜蓿叶蛋白应用当中存在的问题以及未来开发应注意的问题。
The alfalfa leaf protein investigation actualities including extracting methods and technology, were described in this paper. Nutritional value, edible values, raise values, and medical values were summarized. The problems with alfalfa leaf protein utilization and development in the future were put forwards.
