摘要
试验研究预分散促进剂H-80在半钢子午线轮胎带束层中的应用效果。结果表明,以H-80替代HMT母胶用于半钢子午线轮胎带束层中,硫化胶的粘合性能略有提高,工艺性能相差不大,成品轮胎的强度、耐久和高速性能稍有提高,可以减小环境污染,有利于清洁生产。
The application of predispersed accelerator H-80 in the belt compound of semi-steel radial tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by using H-80 in the belt compound of semi-steel radial tire instead of HMT, the adhesion property of vulcanizate increased, the processibility changed slightly, the strength, endurance and high speed performance of finished tire were improved, environmental pollution could be reduced, and the production was a clean process.
