摘要
研究间苯二酚-80在载重斜交轮胎胎体帘布胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在加入白炭黑的胶料配方中,间苯二酚-80与促进剂HMT在胎体锦纶帘布胶中并用后,胶料与锦纶帘线的粘合力明显提高,粘合效果良好,轮胎在使用过程中,胎体脱层现象减少,轮胎使用寿命延长。
The application of resorcinol-80 in carcass ply compound of truck bias tire was investigated. The results showed that, when the resorcinol-80 and accelerator HMT were blended in the carcass ply compound with silica filled, the adhesive force between nylon cord and rubber compound was obviously increased, better bonding result was obtained, carcass separation of the finished tire in use was reduced,and the tire life was greatly extended.
