摘要
针对广西某地高碳铅锑锌矿进行了浮选新药剂和新工艺的研究。研究结果表明,采用具有一定极性和捕收性能的起泡剂SNC能够有效克服碳质脉石对浮选的影响,提高浮选效果,降低药剂消耗量。采用黑药和Y89组合使用能够显著提高铅、锑、银的浮选回收率。碳酸钠、硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠的组合使用能够有效抑制铁闪锌矿,降低铅锑精矿中锌的互含。该工艺在工业生产中得到了验证和应用。
A study on a new reagents and new technology of flo- tation of a lead - antimony - zinc ore with high carbon content from Guangxi have been carried out, The results of study show that the addition of new frother (SNC) with polarity and collecting capability can effectively avoid the influence of carbonaceous gangue on the flotation of the ore, so can improve the effect of flotation and decrease the consumption of flotation reagents. The flotation recoveries of lead, antimony and argentine have been enhanced greatly by the combined use of thiophosphates and Y89. The marmatite containing in the ore can be depressed well by the combined use of sodium carbonate, zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite, as a result, the content of Zinc in the lead -antimony concentrate has been lowered. This new technology has been validated by the industrial scale test and applied to industrial production.
