摘要
目的：了解我院近2年头孢菌素类注射剂药物的使用状况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：收集我院2005年～2006年使用的头孢菌素类注射剂药物,采用金额排序法和用药频度分析法进行统计分析。结果：头孢菌素类注射剂药物的销售金额及构成比排序连续2年均依次为第3代头孢菌素、第2代头孢菌素、复方制剂、第1代头孢菌素。头孢曲松钠的用药频度2005年居第2位,2006年则最高,而每日药费最低的均为头孢曲松钠。结论：我院头孢菌素类注射剂药物应用日益趋于合理,但仍需进一步加强抗菌药物合理使用的宣传和监管。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the application status of cephalosporins injections in our hospital and to provide references for rationally clinical application of this drug.METHODS：The cephalosporins injections used in our hospital between 2005 and 2006 were analyzed statistically based on ordering of consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS：Dominating the list in descending order in terms of consumption sum and constituent ratio of cephalosporins injection over the two years had been the third generation cephalosporins,the second generation cephalosporins,compound inhibitors and the first generation cephalosporins.Ceftriaxone sodium ranked at the second in terms of DDDs in 2005,but forced its way into first place in 2006,and its average daily cost was the lowest.CONCLUSION：The use of cephalosporins injection in our hospital tents to be reasonable increasingly,but its rational use should be further promoted and monitored.
