摘要
目的对我院2006--2008年抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计，分析抗菌药物使用的特点和趋势，为临床合理用药和科学管理抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集我院2006--2008年抗菌药物使用资料，对用药金额、用药种类、用药频度等进行分析。结果3年来我院抗菌药物的品种数逐年增多，但抗菌药物的消耗金额占药品消耗总金额的比例有所下降。临床使用抗菌药物主要以头孢菌素类和青霉素类为主。结论我院抗菌药物的使用在逐步规范化、合理化，但仍然存在问题，一些价昂、高档抗菌药物的使用频度有增加的趋势，个别品种存在过度使用的现象，应进一步规范抗菌药物的应用，使用药更加安全、有效、经济。
Objective To analyze the application characteristics and trends of antibacterials in our hospital during 2006-2008 period, and provide the basis of antibacterials clinical rational use and scientific management.Methods： To collect antibacterials use information in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 and statistically analyze antibactcrials consumption sum, kinds and frequency （DDDs）, etal.Results： During the past three years, the kinds of antibacterials were increasing year by year, but the proportion of antibacterials consumption sum in the total were decreasing year by year.The main antibacterials in clinical use were cephalosporins and penicillins.Conclusions： Hospital use of antibacterials was in the gradual standardization and rationalization, but some problems still existed, such as some high prices and high-grade antibaeterials were in the increasing trend of freqpency （DDDs） , some antibacterials were in excessive use, and so on.Thus, the application ofantibacterials should be further standardized, in order to use the antibacterials more safely, effectively and economicly.
