摘要
本文提出一种确定复杂形状拉深件合理毛坯外形的新方法,即有限元法。它可以考虑影响毛坯形状的一切几何的、物理的和力学的因素。既可以计算具有复杂周界的封闭形拉深件的合理毛坯,也可以计算周界不封闭的局部拉深件和带拉深筋的拉深件合理毛坯外形。
A new method, the finite element method, to determinate the proper shape of the blank for deep drawing of complicated parts has been given in this paper. The presented method takes account of the influence of all geometrical, physical and mec hanical factors. The proper shape of the blank of drawn parts with complicated closed or split contour and with a ribbed flange can be calculated.
