摘要
利用Dynaform软件对汽车前立柱加强件的热拉延成形过程进行了模拟分析,得出工艺参数(冲压速度、压边力、模具温度)对板料温度的影响,并分析了板料温度分布规律。结果表明:冲压速度和模具温度对板料温度影响较大,压边力对板料温度的影响较小;在冲压速度80 mm/s,压边力70 MPa,模具温度50℃时零件成形效果较好;板料温度分布不均匀,压边区域温度最低,表面和侧壁温度最高。试验获得了合格制件,验证了模拟结果的可靠性。
The hot stamping process of automobile front column reinforcement parts was simulated by Dynaform software. And the influences of the process parameters (stamping speed, holder force and die temperature) on the metal sheet temperature were obtained. The temperature distribution of metal sheet was analyzed. The results show that the influence of stamping velocity and die temperature on the sheet temperature is obvious, and the effect of blank holder force on sheet temperature is not obvions; under the stamping speed of 80mm/s, the blank-holder force of 70MPa, the die initial temperature of 50℃, the forming effect of parts is good; when the distribution of the sheet temperature is inhomogeneous, the temperature on the blank holder area is minimum,the temperatures on the surface and the side wall are maximum. The qualified parts in experiment were gained. The reliability of simulation results was verified.
