文章介绍了工程招标投标中主要的评标方法,阐述了每种方法的特点及其优缺点,并应用西蒙有限满意理论,阐明根据实际需要选择合理的评标方法放弃理论最佳方法是明智之举。
The article introduces the major bidding methods in project tenders, explains the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each method and with the help of Simon＇s Theory of Bounded Satisfaction, elaborates that according to actual needs,it is wise to choose reasonable evaluation method and abandon the theory- best method.
