腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的临床研究 被引量：10

摘要 术后胃瘫综合征（postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome，PGS）指腹部手术后胃肠动力紊乱所致的非机械性胃排空障碍，以胃流出道非机械性梗阻为主的一种功能性疾病。PGS多发生于胃手术后，其原因和机制尚不完全明了，腹部其他脏器所致PGS较少，但相比之下，结肠癌较多，尤其是右半结肠切除术后，现将我院自1998—2005年间，腹部手术后发生PGS及其治疗情况加以分析，
