摘要
目的：探讨大黄合剂保留灌肠加口服开博通对急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）的治疗作用。方法：将４５例小儿ＡＲＦ患者分为２组，其中治疗组２５例采用西医综合治疗加用大黄合剂灌肠及口服开博通，对照组２０例只采用西医综合治疗。７天后观察２组患儿血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、血肌酐（Ｃｒ）和血压下降及尿量增加情况。结果：治疗组显效１５例，有效７例，总有效率８８．０％；对照组显效６例，有效９例，总有效率７５．０％。治疗组血ＢＵＮ、Ｃｒ、血压和尿量等各项指标的变化均明显优于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：大黄灌肠加口服开博通能改善ＡＲＦ患儿的肾功能与临床症状，治疗ＡＲＦ有效。
Objective:To research the therapeutic efficacy of rhubarb for enema and capten (per os) on acute renal failure (ARF).Methods:Fortyfive children with ARF were divided into two group randomly.Twentyfive cases were treated with western medicine complex therapy combind with rhubarb mixture for enema and capten (per os,treatment group),while 20 cases with western medicine complex therapy alone (control group).Patient′s conditions such as blood urea nitrogen (BUN),blood creatinine (Cr) levels,urine volume and blood pressure (BP) were examinated after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,15 cases were improved significantly,7 cases were improved,and the total effective rate was 88 0%.But in control group,6 cases were improved obviously,9 cases were improved,and the total effective rate was 75 0%.In addition,the changes of BUN,Cr,urine volume and BP in treatment group were superior obviously to control group (all P <0 01).Conclusions:Rhubarb for enema and capten can improve the renal function and clinical symptoms,so it is feasible to treating ARF.
