摘要
分别以丙酮(AC)和四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂来制取不同浓度的醋酸纤维素(CA)均质膜。通过对膜溶胀度、拉伸强度、酸碱使用范围、分离性能的测试,发现AC-CA膜比THF-CA膜在乙醇中的溶胀度大;AC-CA膜比THF-CA膜的分离效果好。均质膜的拉伸强度随铸膜液中醋酸纤维素含量的增加而增加,均质膜的酸碱使用范围为6~8。聚合物浓度为18%时,AC-CA膜的分离效果最好;而对于THF-CA膜,聚合物浓度为15%时,膜的分离效果最好。
Cellulose acetate homogeneous membrane with different concentration was prepared by acet and tetrahydrofuran as solvent individual. Swelling degree and tensile strength and acid base range and separate property the membrane of were tested. It were found that the swelling degree of AC-CA membrane was higher than THF-CA membrane in ethanol, the separation effect of AC-CA membrane was better than THF-CA membrane, the tensile strength of membrane was consistent with the content of cellulose acetate, the acid base range of membrane was 6-8, the separation effect of AC-CA membrane was the best when the concentration of cellulose acetate was 18 %, but the separation effect of THF-CA membrane was the best when the concentration of Cellulose acetate was 15%.
