摘要
目的建立反映下颌智齿阻生程度的数字模型,以预测下颌智齿拔除难度。方法收集356例下颌智齿拔除病例的相关资料。根据Pell-Gregory升支分类、Pell-Gregory平面分类和Winter分类三种分类方式将智齿阻生程度进行分类,分别以阻生指数Ri、Oi、Wi表示。下颌智齿综合阻生指数以Ci表示,Ci=Ri+Oi+Wi。以手术时间表示智齿拔除难度。通过方差分析,研究下颌智齿不同综合阻生指数(Ci)之间拔除难度的差异。结果下颌智齿拔除手术时间随着综合阻生指数增大而增加,大部分综合阻生指数之间,手术时间有显著性差异。结论下颌智齿综合阻生指数数字模型(Ci=Ri+Oi+Wi)可以预测智齿拔除难度。
Objective To establish a numeric model for the prediction of the degree of difficulty associated with removal of mandibular third molars. Methods A total of 356 cases with mandibular third molar removal were analyzed. The degree of impaction was classified according to the Pell-Gregory classification （ ramus and occusal） and the Winter classification. Ri, Oi, Wi were used to represent the index of impaction respectively. Ci represents the index of composite impaction of mandibular third molars, Ci = Ri ＋ Oi ＋ Wi. The difficulty of extraction was measured by the extraction time. ANOVA was used to compare the difference of extraction time between every two index of composite impaction of mandibular third molars. Results The extraction time became longer with the greater index of composite impaction. There were significant differences among most of the index of composite impaction. Conclusion The numeric model Ci = Ri ＋ Oi ＋ Wi established in this study can be used to predict the degree of difficulty associated with removal of mandubular third molars before operation.
