摘要
目的探讨分阶段调整输液量和输液速度在食管癌、贲门癌术后对机体的影响。方法选取住院手术的食管癌、贲门癌患者86例,静脉输液途径采用中心静脉置管法,输液总量按医嘱执行。随机分为2组,对照组术后常规输液速度160~200ml/h,输液滴速保持不变,平均3500~4500ml/24h;调整组在输液总量保持不变的情况下分阶段及时调整输液速度。观察心率/律、血压、中心静脉压及呼吸等生命体征变化情况。结果2组在年龄、性别、疾病种类及术前循环参数上无统计学意义;调整组患者术后早期循环系统参数优于对照组,2组比较有统计学意义。结论食管癌、贲门癌术后早期分阶段调整输液滴速和输液量能改善患者循环系统功能,减少心律失常发生率和肺部并发症。
Objective To explore the influence of adjusting transfusion speed and liquid quantity at different stages on the post-operation patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma. Methods 86 post-operative patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were randomly divided into experiment group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). Central venous catheterization was used in all the patients. The liquid quantity was adjusted in accordance with the medical treatment. In control group, the transfusion speed was 160~200 ml/h and the transfusion liquid was 3 500~4 500 ml/24 h average. In experiment group, liquid quantity did not change and the transfusion speed was adjusted in time at different time stage. The patient's circulatory and respiratory systems were observed. Results There were no significant differences in age, sex, diagnosis between two groups. Circulatory system indexes of experiment group were better than that of control group. Conclusions Adjusting transfusion speed and liquid quantity at different stages on the post-operation patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma can improve their circulatory system function, decrease the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia and pulmonary complication.
