摘要
科学研究对促进学前教育发展具有重要价值。美国对学前教育科研的重视可谓国际典范之一,近年联邦政府出台了多部法律,对学前教育科研的多方面内容做出明确规定,对提高美国学前教育科研水平,推动学前教育事业发展起到了至关重要的作用。美国立法保障学前教育科研的经验可概括为五个方面:一是明确政府及其相关部门在促进学前教育科研中的重要职责;二是保障学前教育科研经费,重点项目重点投入;三是明确学前教育科研机构的职责与任务;四是明确学前教育科研人员的职权利与科研竞争机制;五是规范和促进科研成果的推广与应用。
Preschool educaiton science research is important to the education＇s development. There are several special laws of preschool education in U.S.A. that give much attention to science research, for example, clearing responsibilities of the federal government and departments in the field, definig rights and duties of research institutes and their staffs, guaranteeing investment on science research and populization and application of research results.
