摘要
针对杭州三堡排涝泵站的轴流泵装置,选取两种典型的进、出水流道设计方案(斜20°和斜30°方案),在设计流量工况下对整个轴流泵装置进行了非定常数值模拟,通过比较内部流态和水力损失确定了最佳方案,并在非设计流量工况下对最佳方案进行非定常数值模拟分析。结果表明,在设计流量工况下,与斜20°方案相比,斜30°方案中水泵的内部流态更好且水力损失更小,为最佳方案;对于斜30°方案,在大于和小于设计流量的工况下,轴流泵的出水流道水力损失均大于设计流量工况下的,且偏小流量工况下的水力损失最大。
Two types of design schemes of inlet and outlet passages ( inclined 20° and 30°) for the axial flow pump device in Sanbao Drainage Pump Station in Hangzhou were chosen, and the unsteady nu- merical simulation was applied to the whole device at the design flow rate. The optimal design scheme was determined by comparing internal flow pattern and hydraulic loss, and the unsteady numerical simu- lation was applied to the optimal design scheme at the off-design flow rate. The results show that com- pared with the inclined 20° scheme, the internal flow pattern is better and the hydraulic loss is less in the inclined 30° scheme at the design flow rate. The hydraulic loss in the outlet passage in the inclined 30° scheme at the flow rates larger and smaller than the design value is larger than that at the design flow rate, and the hydraulic loss at the smaller flow rate is the largest.
