摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对附子理中丸中的甘草酸进行了定量检测。依据中华人民共和国药典(2005版)的要求对标准曲线、精密度、稳定性、重现性、回收率均进行了方法学考察,结果显示:所建立的测定方法的方法学指标均符合要求,并且方法快速准确、方便可行,为附子理中丸的质量控制提供了依据,并对其他处方中甘草酸的含量测定具有一定的参考价值。
The paper discusses a quantitative determination of glycyrrhizic acid in fuzi lizhongwan by high performance liquid chromatography. The standard curves are obtained with accuracy, stability and repetition as conformed with China Pharmacopeia. The results show that the method is accurate and easy to operate, which can be used to control the quality of fuzi lizhongwan and other varieties.
