摘要
为了顺应科学技术的快速发展和社会对创新型人才的需求,高等学校应该确立大学生学习改革的理念,明确学生在自主创新学习过程中的主体地位,强调并发挥学生在自主创新学习中的地位和作用。高校应在教学活动中将自主学习与创新教育有机结合起来,采用学习改革与工程创新实践相辅相成的新模式,培养学生的兴趣爱好,调动其自主创新学习的积极性,改革教学管理方式,建立适合自主创新学习的管理体制。
In order to keep pace with the rapid development of technology and meet the demands of society for creative talents, we should reform university students＇ study by ensuring their status as the subject in the course of independent innovative study and bringing their role in teaching reform into full play. We should also encourage autonomous and innovative study, and create a new pattern which combines study reform and innovative practice so as to arouse their interests and mobilize their initiative in learning and creation by conducting reforms in the methods of teaching management and working out a system suitable for the management of independent innovative study.
