以流程管理的产生背景和基本内涵为基础,重点从跳出传统管理思维的束缚、构造卓越的业务流程、树立病人至上的经营理念、实行持续改进和以人为本的管理、构建流程式的组织结构、建立优质服务的竞争优势、构建基于流程的绩效管理体系方面阐释了医院管理者借鉴流程管理的价值。
Based on the background and basic connotation of process management, it expatiated the value of hospital administrators applying process management by emphasizing on aspects of jumping out from the constraint of traditional thinking, constructing eximious business activities process, building up the management idea of "patient first", carrying out continuous improvement and human-centered management, and constructing a process based achievement many,foment ysytem.
