摘要
目的探讨保存羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法对35例38眼翼状胬肉患者进行保存羊膜移植。结果术后随访6个月～2年，有4例4眼复发，复发率为10．5％。结论保存羊膜移植是一种理想的治疗翼状胬肉的方法。
Objective To discuss the effects of transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane for pterygium. Methods 35 pterygium patients （38 eyes） underwent pterygium excision and preserved amniotic membrane transplantation surgery. Results The mean follow- up period was 6 to 24 months, pterygium recurrences occurred in 4 eyes in the follow- up time. Conclusions Transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane is an effective surgery for pterygium.
