摘要
建立了利用HACH公司的COD消解一比色管、DRB200 COD加热器及DR890便携式比色计测定水体总磷的方法。确定最佳的操作条件为：过硫酸钾质量分数4％，消解温度120℃，消解时间15min，抗坏血酸溶液的质量分数2％，钼酸盐使用液浓度为储备液1，4。该方法具有较好的精密度和准确度，检出限为0．039nag·L^-1，实际样品分析的相对标准偏差（RSD）在1．5％以下，加标回收率为90．0％．112％。
This paper has brought about a method of determining the total phosphorus in water and waste water by using the COD digest - colorimetrie tube, DRB200 COD heater and DR890 portable colorimeter. The optimal operation condition was verified and the accuracy and precision was satisfactory： detection limit was 0.039 mg·L^- l ; relative standard deviation （RSD） of the specimen was below 1.5 % ; stan- dard recovery of this method was between 90.0% and 112%.
