摘要
目的观察氰胺化钙杀灭钉螺的效果。方法室内和现场浸杀均设25、50、80mg/L3组,浸杀1、2、3、5、7d后计算钉螺死亡率。室内喷洒和现场喷洒、喷粉均设10、30、50g/m23组,计算施药1、3、7、15d后钉螺死亡率。实验均设50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂和清水对照组。结果室内氰胺化钙25mg/L浸杀7d,50mg/L浸杀5d,钉螺死亡率均为100.00%。室内喷洒氰胺化钙30g/m21d、10g/m23d,钉螺死亡率均为100.00%。氰胺化钙25、50、80mg/L现场浸杀5d,螺袋内钉螺死亡率分别为84.00%、96.00%、100.00%。30、50g/m2现场喷洒15d,钉螺死亡率分别为74.15%和73.12%。30、50g/m2现场喷粉15d后,钉螺死亡率分别为81.11%和96.03%。结论氰胺化钙属慢性杀灭钉螺药物,浸杀和喷洒钉螺死亡率均高于氯硝柳胺常规对照组,喷粉灭螺具有同样效果。

Conclusions Calcium cyanamide is one of slow-release molluscicides, and its molluscicidal effect is higher than that of niclosamide ethanolamine salt.
