摘要
抚顺红透山矿业有限公司选矿厂经过近五十年的生产实践,在处理矿量逐年增加的情况下,通过不断优化选矿工艺流程、浮选设备和浮选药剂,确保了技术指标逐年稳步提高。其中,针对硫浮选进行的改造主要有锌尾浓缩、加酸、无精选作业、起泡剂11#油的应用以及浮选机改型等等,取得了显著的效果。
During nearly 50 years of practice, in case of the throughputs increasing year by year, rely on the continued optimizing process, improving flotation equipments and reagents , the technical indicators has been improving constantly in Hongtoushan concentrator. Among them, the major transformations what against the sulfur flotation include： concentrating of zinc tailings, adding acid, non-featured operations, using 11 # oil as frother, the remodelling of flotator, etc., good effects is abtainted.
