摘要
"锡石多金属硫化矿节能降耗新技术研究"为大厂"九五"国家科技攻关成果,主要针对大厂91号富矿的选矿特性,对车河选矿厂主流程进行技术改造。应用新技术、新设备强化生产工艺薄弱环节,优化选矿工艺流程,大幅度提高生产能力,节能降耗,降低生产成本。原矿处理量由1996年的52万t提高到2001年的160万t;相应的选矿成本由126 79元下降到69元每吨原矿。经济效益十分显著。
Study on New Energy-Conservation and Consumption-Reduction Technology for Flotation of Tin-Polymetallic Ores is a National Scientific and Technological Key Task of Dachang Mine Bureau during Ninth Five-Year Plan of China.This task is mainly for technological transform of principal flowsheet for Cehe concentrator based on rich ores from the orebody No 91.Because new technology and equipment are used to improve the weak production links and optimize mineral processing flowsheet, production capacity has been greatly raised, leading to less consumptions of energy and materials and low cost.The throughout of crude ore has been increased from 0.52Mt in 1996 to 1.6Mt in 2001.The mineral processing cost has been relevantly decreased from 126.79 Yuan/t to 69 Yuan/t,with remarkable economical benefit.
