摘要
以S2O82-/SnO2-SiO2为催化剂,用环己酮1,2-丙二醇合成缩酮。系统地研究了带水剂及其用量、酮醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。通过正交实验得出适宜的反应条件为:n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,带水剂环己烷5.0 mL,反应时间50 min。在上述条件下,缩酮收率可高达91.47%。
Taking solid superacid S2O8^2-/SnO2-SiO2 as catalyst, cyclohexanone was synthesized by cyclohexanone 1, 2-propanediol ketal. Factors influencing the yield of product in the reactions were analyzed and the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of cyclohexanone and 1, 2-propanediol was 1:1.6, the mass ratio of the catalyst accounted for the reactants was 2.0 %, the water-carrying reagent was 5 mL, and the reaction time was 50 rain. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was up to 91.47 %.
