稀土固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2/Ce(IV)催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮 被引量:4

摘要 以环己酮与1,2-丙二醇为原料,稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/Ce(IV)为催化剂,合成了环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,在n(酮)n∶(醇)=1 1∶.5、催化剂用量占反应物总质量的1.7%、带水剂环己烷用量占反应物总质量的30%、反应时间1h的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮收率可达84.28%。 The synthesis of cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene glycol ketal from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol under the presence of catalyst rare earth solid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2/Ce ( Ⅳ ) was studied. The influent factors on reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follows: molar ratio of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol was 1 : 1.5, the amount of catalyst was 1.7% of the total weight of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol, the amount of cyclohexane was 30% of the weight of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol, reaction time was 1 h. The yield of cyclohexanone was over 84.28% under the optimal conditions.
