摘要
理论上,样本量越大,通过估计得出的值越精确。但许多武器装备造价昂贵,危险性高,不可能做大量的现场试验进行可靠性分析,面临着如何探求无失效情况下高可靠性装备的评估问题。文中基于元件的无失效成败型试验数据,研究了指数型元件组成系统的可靠性评仆方法。
In theory, the larger sample capacity is, the more accurate to estimate the reliability weapons are expansive and dangerous, so we cannot analysis the reliability on large numbers data. But many Under the zero-failure test data circumstances, in this paper, the estimation method of the index distribution system based on success or failure test data of components was studied .
