摘要
建立我国卫生监督领域32类问题优先顺序的操作过程是:首先对重要性和严重性两类指标分别进行排序,然后根据两类指标的排序结果,组合得出"重要且严重的问题、重要而不严重的问题、严重而不重要的问题、既不严重也不重要的问题",据此判断和推荐关键问题和焦点问题。
This article mainly introduces the process of how to clear about the priority order of the 32 questions in health inspection in China. First, compute the ranking of significance and seriousness of these questions. Second, combine the results, choose which questions are important and serious, and which are important but not serious, and which are serious but not important. Finally, determine the key issues and the socially concerned issues according to the result.
