摘要
教师的幸福感,不仅关系到教师自身的身心健康,还关系到学生的成长进步以及整个学校的健康发展。文章首先分析了高校教师幸福感缺失的表现及原因,然后从社会、学校、教师本人三方面探讨了高校教师获得幸福感的途径。
Teacher's happy feeling, not only relates to teacher own healthy in mind and body, but also relates student's growth to be progressive as well as the entire school health development. The article has first analyzed the universities teacher happy feeling flaw performance and the reason, then from social, the school, the teacher three aspects discussed the universities teacher to obtain the happy feeling the way.
