摘要
为明确肾肿瘤大小、分期及生存率之间的关系，回顾分析了自１９８０年１月～１９９１年６月收治的肾癌患者６１８例。结果表明：肾癌大小、分期和生存率三者密切相关，较大的肿瘤其分期普遍增高（Ｐ≤０．０００１），且生存率明显下降（Ｐ≤０．０００１）。在Ｒｏｂｓｏｎ分期为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期时，肿瘤大小可预示患者的生存率。
The turmor size,tumor stage and patient survival were studied in 618 cases of renal cell carcinoma treated from Jan.1980 to Jun.1991.The result revealed that the tumor size was related to the tumor stage and the survival of the patient.A large tumor was generally associated with an increased tumor stage ( P ≤0.0001) as well as poorer survival ( P ≤0.0001).For Robson Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ tumors,the size of the tumor might provide further prognostic information for patient survival.
