摘要
目的对比分析新疆地区维汉不同民族肾癌患者的临床特征。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2012年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院和新疆医科大学第二附属医院诊治的384例新发肾癌患者的临床资料,对其中维汉不同民族患者的发病情况、临床特点进行分析。结果汉族肾癌患者以右侧为主(52.4%),而维吾尔族肾癌患者以左侧为主(56.7%)。汉族肾癌患者中无症状者所占比例明显地高于维吾尔族肾癌患者(41.7%vs 20.0%)(P<0.05)。维汉民族肾癌患者病理类型及分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。汉族肾癌患者肿瘤T1a比例显著地高于维吾尔族肾癌患者(50.1%vs 16.7%),T1b肿瘤汉族比例显著地低于维吾尔族肾癌患者(19.4%vs 70.8%)(均P<0.05)。两组主要的病理类型均为透明细胞癌。结论与汉族肾癌患者相比,维吾尔族肾癌患者有症状者明显多于无症状者,肿瘤的病理分期也高于汉族,提示可能与维吾尔族人群的健康体检意识不强有关。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of renal cell carcinoma between Han and Uygur people in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods The clinical reports of 384 cases of patients with renal cell carcinoma admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, the incidence and clinical characteristics of the disease between Han and Uygur people were comparatively analyzed. Results The majority of Han patients had renal cell carcinoma on the right side（52. 4% ） ,while the majority of Uygur patients had the disease on the left side（56.7% ）. Number of asymptomatic renal cell carcinoma cases in Han people was 83 （41.7%） and such number in Uygur people was 37 （ 20.0% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant statistical difference of the pathological classification and distribution between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Proportion of T1a in the Han group was 50.1% ,significantly higher than 16.7% of the Uygur group;proportion of T1b in the Han group was 19.4%, significantly lower than 70.8 % of the Uygur group, both with significant statistical differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The main pathological type of both groups was clear cell carcinoma. Conclusion Compared with Han patients of renal cell carcinoma, Uygur patients of renal cell carcinoma have a higher percentage of symptomatic renal cell carcinoma and a higher TNM, which may be correlated with the lack of awareness of health examination.
