摘要 采用氧化—还原—酸洗除铁、除有机杂质,在50℃用3%过氧化氢将亚铁化合物氧化成三价铁,再使用连二亚硫酸钠还原成可溶性较高的二价铁,经硫酸洗涤后除去,除铁率为41%~61%,产品白度明显提高。 Iron removal in montmorillonite is a hard nut to crack, especial ferrous disulfide. A new method reduction-oxidation was developed to reduce iron and remove organo-impurity. The factors that influence iron removal and bleaching result were investigated, inculding temperature, dosage of H2O2 and Na2S2O4, concentration of H2SO4 and so on. In this method 3% H2O2 was used to oxidate Fe(Ⅱ) to Fe(Ⅲ) and wipe off organo-impurity at 50℃. And then Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by Na2S2O4, which followed by scrubbing with H2SO4. The result showed that 41% -61% of iron was removed and whiteness was improved obviously.
