摘要
目的:研究益气活血法对骨折断端细胞活性的影响。方法:用3H-TdR和3H-UR标记方法,测定小鼠骨折后36h和第5天骨折端和对侧DNA和RNA合成活性及RNA的含量,并观察益气生骨冲剂对骨折断端细胞活性的影响。结果:创伤骨折使DNA和RNA合成活性受到不同程度的抑制,RNA的含量有所降低;益气生骨冲剂组DNA和RNA合成活性明显提高,RNA含量有所增加,以骨折侧尤甚。结论:益气生骨冲剂的益气活血作用明显促进了骨折断端细胞的增殖和合成活性。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqishenggu granule on the cellular activity at the end of fracture. Methods: The DNA and RNA synthesis activity were determined at 36h and e5d after fracture with 3H-TdR and 3H-UR labeling technique, and then the effects of Yiqishenggu granule on the cellular activity at the end of fracture were observed. Results: Fracture inhibited the DNA and RNA synthesis activity in different degrees, and the content of RNA decreased. The DNA and RNA synthesis activity in the test groups were promoted and the content of RNA were increased. Conclusion: Yiqishenggu granule can stimulate significantly the cellular proliferation and synthesis activity in the fracture end.
