摘要
通过层析图像来进行被测物的几何参数测量是CT技术的一项重要应用,该方法在逆向工程、无损检测、航天工业领域都发挥了重要作用;针对目前CT系统采用手工选取被测区域进行测量的方法,提出一种三维层析图像表面积的自动测量方法;该算法首先对所有切片图像在阈值化的基础上进行边缘提取,然后进行八邻域边缘跟踪、层间插值和拟合,最后将所求的曲面剖分成若干四边形从而求得其表面积,在实验中证明了这种方法相对于周长积分求表面积的方法具有更高的精度。
Geometrical measurement by CT image is an important application of CT technology, and it plays important part in reverse engineering, lossless detecting and spaccflight area. Aim at tile traditional method with measuring by manual selecting the target, a schcme for 3Dslice image surface area automatic measurement is presemed in the scheme . firsl detecl the edge based on threshold all The images,then trace and fit the edge of the target area , at last divide the surface into several quadrilaterals to get its surface area. Compare to thc perimeter--integral method, this scheme has higher accuracy. this has been proved in measurement experiment at last.
