摘要
目的通过基于医学图像的三维重建,实现人机交互的三维颌面部测量,并将其应用到虚拟颌面整形手术系统中。方法用患者符合DICOM3.0标准的CT、MRI扫描图像进行三维重建,从重建后的三维体数据中分离重建出特定的组织,然后进行基于体素的测量。结果随机选取了10份正常成年人的头部数据,用作者开发的软件平台进行测量;较之传统的手工测量,提高了操作速度和测量准确度。结论该方法实现了快捷有效的三维测量,为颌面外科手术模拟提供了一个非常实用的工具。
Objective Based on the three-dimensional reconstruetion, to realize eraniofaeial measurement interaetively, and apply it to the craniofaeial surgery simulation system. Methods Some type of tissue was extracted from the reconstruction data of patients' slice images (CT or MRI slices, according with the DICOM 3.0 protocol), and the measurement was interactively carried on the extracted tissue. Results We randomly selected 10 normal adults' slice data of head, and did the craniofacial measurement on our platform. It was proved that our method was superior to the traditional manual method in both speed and veracity. Condusion Our platform can do the craniofaeial measurement rapidly and accurately, and it is a practical and efficient tool for plastic surgeons.
