专利保护国际化的经济效应研究综述 被引量：3

摘要 在专利保护制度的国际化进程中,通过国际直接投资、技术许可、贸易条件的改善以及对知识密集型产品研发投资的增加,发展中国家也能够获取部分收益。简述了专利制度国际化的时代背景,综述了专利制度国际化对R&D、技术许可、FDI以及对国际贸易影响的相关研究。
