摘要
在理清知识产权概念的基础上,通过明晰国防科技知识产权的内涵,从创新先期投入、智力成果扩散和成果应用产出三个角度分析了国防科技知识产权与自主创新二者的关联,依据关联,从宏观战略、中观产业和微观管理三个层面,浅析了国防科技知识产权对自主创新所产生的影响。
On the basic of clearing foundation concepts in intellectual property rights, the paper defines the connotation of intellectual property rights of science and technology for national defense. From three angles which includes innovation ahead expense, intellectual product diffusion, outcomes application, the paper analyses the relationship between intellectual property rights of science and technology for national defense and independent innovation. According to the relationship, from macroscopic strategy, medium industry and micro- management three measures, the paper preliminary analyses the influence which intellectual property rights of science and technology for national defense acts on independent innovation.
