摘要
讨论了知识竞争力的含义,并架构了知识竞争力的组成要素——知识要素层、资源要素层和市场要素层3个层次,在此基础上建立了区域知识竞争力的评价指标体系。
Knowledge competitiveness is a source of regional economic sustainable development in knowledge economy era. This paper discusses the meaning of the knowledge competitiveness, which is a knowledge system for region＇s competitive advantages in the knowledge-based economy and structure of the elements of knowledge competitiveness which include knowledge element layer, resources element layer and market element layer. On this basis, the authors establish an evaluation system of knowledge competitiveness.
