摘要
对信息化和国家竞争力的概念进行定义,测算了我国信息化水平对国家竞争力主要指标的影响程度,提出了利用信息化手段提高国家竞争力的对策,并对信息化与国家竞争力进行了展望。
The concept that aims at the information-based and the national competition ability carries on the definition, measuring the influence degree by calculating the information-based level of our country to the main index of the national competition ability, putting forward to the tactics that makes use of the information-based means to raise the national competition ability, and carrying the outlook on the information-based and the national competition ability.
