摘要
目的:分析目前中药说明书存在的问题,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取56种中药说明书并与12种进口或合资企业的药品说明书进行对比分析。结果:中药说明书普遍存在着缺少药理毒理、药动学、不良反应、禁忌证、注意事项、孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药、儿童用药、老年患者用药、药物相互作用、药物过量等重要的项目的描述,同时对一些常见问题叙述得不清晰,难理解。结论:中药说明书规范化问题亟待解决。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the problems existing in the package insersts of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for references of rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS： 56 package inserts of TCM which were randomly selected for analysis were compared with 12 package inserts of medicines from abroad or joint- ventures. RESULTS： The common problems existing in the package inserts of TCM were characterized by absence of important items such as pharmactoxicolgy, pharmacokinetics, ADR, contraindication, precautions, medication of pregnant and lactation women, medication of Children and elder patients, drug interaction, drug overdose etc, meanwhile the descriptions of some common questions were unclear thus hard to understand. CONCLUSION： It is urgent to standardize the package inserts of TCM.
