摘要
本项目以高性能单片微机为主机，设计了一套能有效适应铸造炉前现场的硬件电路及软件系统，研制了能快速准确回定铁液温度（T）、铸铁碳当量（CE）、含碳量（C％）、含硅量（Si％）、球铁球化率（Ds）及灰铁力学性能（σb、HB）等铁液综合参数的新型分析仪，生产使用表明：该分析仪性能稳定可靠，测试数据准确，操作方便，是铸造生产质量检测及控制的有效工具。
Using single chip computer as main frame a set of hardware circuit and software system was designed for application in the foundry melting section. A new type of multiparameters tester was developed. The tester can be used to quickly and accurately determine a series of parameters of the molten iron including temperature of the molten iron, C. E. content, carbon content, silicon content of the cast iron, S. G. Per centage of the S. G. iron and the properties of the gray iron(σb，HB). Application in production showed that this type of tester performed stably the resulted data were ac curate,and it was easy to be operated.
