摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土Y3+、Gd3+掺杂的TiO2光催化剂,利用XRD手段对样品的结构、形貌进行了表征.掺杂后的TiO2光催化剂的光催化性能有明显提高,光催化性能优于未掺杂样品,其中以Y3+0.5%、Gd3+0.5%掺杂效果最佳.
The RE doped TiO2 was prepared with the sol -gel method, the structure and shape were characterized by XRD. The results show that the doping of RE shows a synergistic effect for photoeatalytic activity of TiO2. TiO2 doped with Y^3+ 0.5% ,Gd^3+ 0.5% which has the highest photocatalytic efficiency.
