摘要
从工艺和混炼胶配方的角度研究了化学发泡硅泡沫密度的影响因素和规律,得出了硅泡沫的密度与装料系数、白炭黑以及乙烯基含量的对应关系,研究了密度对硅泡沫材料压缩应力松弛性能的影响规律。
From two sides, which are technology and mixed stock, the influencing factors and rules of density of chemical foaming silicone rubber compound were researched. The relationship between the density and the influneing factors which are volume ratio quotiety, Silica and vinyl contents were discussed. And the regulation between the stress relaxation arid the density was investigated.
