摘要
介绍了硅橡胶的主链降解反应和侧基氧化反应,综述了热氧、臭氧和介质等环境条件及配合剂对其老化性能的影响,指出了提高硅橡胶耐热性的主要方法:降低或消除胶料中的酸碱含量、添加耐热添加剂和选择合适的填料等。
This paper reviews the degeneration on the main chain and oxidation on side groups of silicone rubber,as well as heat and oxygen,ozone and other environmental conditions on the impact of aging.The methods to improve the heat-resistance of silicone rubber include not only reduction and elimination of acid and alkali to inhibit the degradation of the main chain reaction,but also addition of heat resistant additives and selection of the appropriate filler.
