后组静脉窦的对比增强三维飞跃法磁共振血管造影

Analysis of anatomy appearance of posterior sinuses by three-dimensional contrast enhanced time of flight magnetic resonance angiography

摘要 目的探讨对比增强三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管造影(3D CE TOF MRA)对后组静脉窦,尤其是窦汇区解剖及变异中的应用价值。方法对28例受检者行常规MRI和3D CE TOF MRA检查,排除颅内静脉系统病变后,对MRA结果进行分析。结果28例中,横窦左右对称12例,优势侧横窦位于右侧14例,左侧2例;上矢状窦和直窦与左右横窦均有四种连接方式;左右横窦之间可以连接或不连接;非优势侧横窦可以发育细小或完全不发育。结论3DCETOFMRA是显示窦汇区的正常解剖和变异的有效方法。 Objective To discuss the evaluation value of three dimensional contrast enhanced time of flight magnetic resonance angiography(3D CE TOF MRA)for anatomy and anomalies of posterior sinuses, especially the confluence in intracranial venous sinuses. Methods Twenty eight subjects without disease involving the intracranial venous system were undergone routine MR1 and 3D CE TOF MRA,then the MRA pictures were reviewed. Results Among all the cases, 12 showed the vein drainage transverse sinus about equal to both left and right side, 14 mainly to the right, 2 cases to the left; the superior sagittal sinuses and straight sinuses showed 4 connecting ways with left and right transverse sinuses; the left transverse sinus might link the right side or not; the non-dominant transverse sinus may be slim or undeveloped. Conclusion 3D CE TOF MRA can be an efficient way in the study of anatomy and anomalies in confluence.
