摘要
目的:研究半枝莲多糖的体内抗肿瘤作用和免疫增强作用。方法:通过动物移植性肿瘤实验观察半枝莲多糖对小鼠体内肿瘤细胞生长和免疫器官胸腺、脾的影响;通过ANAE法观察半支莲多糖对T细胞阳性率的影响。结果:半枝莲多糖对S180肉瘤生长的抑制率以中剂量为佳;各剂量组对脾脏指数的影响均有显著性差异,但大剂量注射(200mg/kg)对胸腺有抑制作用;能够提高S180荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞的百分数。结论:半枝莲多糖有抗肿瘤作用和免疫增强作用。
Objective： To study effect of Scutellaria barbata D. Don polyaccharides（SPS） on antitumor and immune regulation in entrails. Method： The effect of SPS on antitumor and spleen index and thymus index were observed by tumor transplant experiment of animal;T cell percent was observed by ANAE. Result： SPS can inhibite the growth of 5180 and the effect of middle dose group is best; spleen index was influent by every dose group and thymus index was inhibited by big dose（200mg/kg）;SPS could improve T cell percent. Conclusion： SPS has effects on antitumor and immune regulation in entrails.
