香菇多糖对荷瘤小鼠VEGF的表达影响

摘要 目的:探讨香菇多糖的不同给药剂量对小鼠S180肉瘤生长和转移的作用。方法:采用动物移植性肿瘤实验观察香菇多糖对小鼠体内肿瘤细胞生长的影响,用RT-PCR技术测得,香菇多糖高、中、低不同剂量对荷瘤小鼠体内VEGFmRNA的表达情况,分析该药物的作用机制。结果:香菇多糖对S180肉瘤生长的抑制率以中剂量为佳;并且能够抑制S180荷瘤小鼠外周血血清中VEGFmRNA表达,从而降低其含量。结论:香菇多糖对S180肉瘤的生长和转移有很强的抑制作用。 Objective:Purpose:Study the effects of different dosage of Lentinan on $180 sarcoma growth and transfer. Methods :The transplanted animal tumors of Lentinan were 0bserwed in order to study tumor cell growth, using RT - PCR technology to measure, high, middle,low doses Lentinan on tumor about VEGFmRNA expression and analysize the mechanism of action of drugs. Results:middle dose of Lentinan can inhibite S180 sarcoma growth very well, also can reduce the VEGFmRNA express, Conclusion: Lentinan can strongly inhibite S180 sarcoma growth and transfer
